Approach

At JC Howe International, all our consultants are trained to assess client needs, work on position specifications with clients and conduct research in the relevant business/ industrial segments to identify potential candidates most suited for evaluation.

With our extensive data bank and network of contacts, we identify potential candidates, conduct in-depth interviews to assess their professional training, job knowledge, work experience, motivation and compatibility with the requirements of our clients’ position needs.

Detailed reports on a “short list” of candidates presenting facts on the candidates’ background, accomplishments and relevant match are then submitted for our clients’ consideration. Upon evaluation of candidates, our consultants will then report to the clients on candidates who most closely fit their position specifications.

We will then make arrangements for clients to interview and select the candidates of their choice. We conduct reference checks, verify compensation, educational and professional qualifications and exercise all reasonable care in presenting candidates to our clients.

We keep our clients appraised in a timely manner throughout the entire process and the same consultant is involved from inception through completion of the search process. This approach ensures that we are able to deliver exactly what our clients expect.

All information related to our clients and candidates are treated with strictest confidence.
